Ashish Jhunjhunwalla holds a BA (Hons) in Business of Perfumery from the University of Plymouth, UK. He began his professional journey with International Flavours & Fragrances (IFF), gaining over five years of international exposure in London and The Netherlands as a Fragrance Evaluation and Development Manager. He has played a pivotal role in revolutionising the Fine Fragrance/Deodorant and Body Spray market in India over the last 18 years and has been the nose behind a lot of Fragrances that we as consumers, see and use in the Indian and the International market. He is one of the very few Indian members of The British Society of Perfumers (UK). He is a proud faculty member of the Fragrance and Flavour Development Centre (FFDC) based in Kannauj and a part of the Ministry of MSME by Govt. of India. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Fragrances & Flavours Association of India (FAFAI) and the Vice President for East Zone of the Essential Oil Association of India (EOAI), reinforcing his commitment to the growth and recognition of the fragrance industry in India and abroad.
Aditya Vikram Jhunjhunwalla is a graduate in International Business Management from Middlesex University, Dubai, and holds a Master’s in Global Family Managed Business from SP Jain School of Global Management. Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, Aditya has nurtured his creative passion for perfumery. He has earned a Diploma as a Senior Perfumer Level Graduate from Perfumers World (Thailand) and continues to hone his skills in the Creative Laboratory, exploring advanced R&D techniques. His dual expertise in business management and perfumery innovation uniquely positions him to lead AFFAROM into a future where heritage meets modern creativity.
Vidhi Jhunjhunwalla brings a fresh creative perspective to AFFAROM as an in-house Perfumer. Trained under the guidance of Master Perfumer Shri Anand Jhunjhunwalla, she has developed a refined olfactory sense and a deep understanding of fragrance creation. Coming from a background in baking and culinary arts, Vidhi has an inherent sensitivity to aromas and blends, which adds a distinctive edge to her perfumery work. She combines heritage training with a modern approach, continuously exploring new creative expressions. She represents the next generation of perfumers at AFFAROM, committed to crafting innovative fragrances that resonate with diverse markets and consumer preferences.
